Traveling Electrical Superintendent

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to work with a well-established industrial and mechanical contractor throughout Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, and Washington!

This is a direct-hire, long-term position.

Duties:
-Responsible for planning, scheduling, employee oversite, and management of industrial and electrical construction projects up to $10M in value.
-Oversee field specific activities for industrial construction projects from setup to closeout.
-Coordination of all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project Manager
-Generates 3 week look ahead schedules to ensure manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and all resources are scheduled appropriately.

Compensation:
-Annual salary between $125,000 - $140,000
-Travel expenses covered
-Vehicle allowance
-M/V/D insurance
-401k
-Bonuses based off of project profitability

-5+ years of on-site Industrial management experience
-Ability to manage 5-6 subcontractors and up to 50 people on-site
-Electrical experience should include the following, but not limited to: substation, instrumentation, power line distribution, fiber optic install and/or medium voltage terminations
-Must have new construction, plant expansion and\or maintenance experience
-Must pass pre-employment qualifications (background, drug, and have a clean driving record)
